Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and patterns from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches incurred during processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal if the leather surface is not compromised. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches due to varying stock times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.)
