1. Upon placing an order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after ordering and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be proactively arranged.
