1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification" will be sent via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving choice.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
