Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the material of the ear post is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a definitive diagnosis, which can clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic cannot be used to create such intricate designs with current technology. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping; we attend weekend markets) As we participate in market events and the post office is closed on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
