▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon order placement, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seats.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
