1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option and have your desired text, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a unified invoice number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
