1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" box when ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order and payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design House can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" box.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
