◉ The color, texture, shape, size, crystallization and other characteristics of natural stones will vary depending on the batch of mining and production. Some natural stones may have inclusions, crystal cracks, mineral defects, impurities and other minor defects.
◉ The color/stone of this product is subject to customer ordering, please leave a note in the order.
◉ This product can be changed to a clip-on type for free. (You can choose directly when placing an order)

⌾ Basic product care and maintenance instructions
◉ Please avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, alkaline cleansers or hair sprays.
◉ When not wearing, you can rinse it with soap/neutral soap and water, pat it dry with toilet paper or dry it with cold air from a hair dryer and store it in a zipper bag to keep its luster.
◉ The degree of oxidation of jewelry varies according to body constitution (acid-base). When cleaning, you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in toothpaste and scrub gently.
If the oxidation condition is serious, it can be sent back to the studio for cleaning.
◉ Natural stones have different hardnesses. Please avoid collision when storing to avoid scratches.

⌾ Packaging instructions
◉ We provide two types of packaging: environmentally friendly and gift box. Please indicate which packaging you would like to use in the notes on the order.
◉ This is a diagram of environmentally friendly packaging (the dried flowers in the photo are props for photography).
◉ This is a schematic diagram of gift box packaging. The material of the gift box is made of secondary paper.
◉ All the bubble paper we use is reused. When the bubble paper is used up, it will be replaced by honeycomb paper.
◉ The color of the ribbon used for packaging is randomly shipped.
◉ During the packaging process, the use of tape and other methods of fixation will be reduced to facilitate consumers to reuse packaging materials.
◉ Both packages will come with product description cards, business cards, and maintenance instructions. However, the business cards in environmentally friendly packaging may be slightly damaged during transportation, so please forgive us.

◉ Product photos are based on real photography colors under sunlight, and there may be color differences due to different screens.
◉ Products will all be produced after payment is made and will take approximately 14 working days. If it is urgent, please contact us first.
◉ Customer service hours are 13:00~17:00 (irregular holidays). Information about store holidays will be responded to in order on working days.

◉ If you have any questions after purchasing, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and return the goods and packaging intact within 14 days.
◉ There is no return or exchange service for special order products. If you have any questions, please contact us.
◉ All products are provided with maintenance and repair services. Depending on the condition of the jewelry, a production fee will be charged depending on the situation.
◉ If you want to maintain or repair the product, please make an appointment with us in advance to go to the physical studio; or use a supermarket or send it by mail, and you will have to pay the return shipping fee.
