Our journey began with a deep respect for Mother Earth, aiming to introduce the natural beauty of cotton's original color. While the creamy beige is comforting, we also embrace the allure of a vibrant world. Staying true to our roots, we sought a way to dye fabrics while protecting the environment. In 2020, we discovered Japanese mineral mud dyeing, a remarkably eco-friendly method that produces a diverse palette of colors with excellent washfastness. This inspired us to experiment with color on our undyed cotton garments. The results moved us, and we fell in love with the process. Venturing beyond our small island, we found ourselves in the vast and creative landscape of Thailand, a melting pot of cultures. Through discussions on environmental issues, we connected with people from diverse backgrounds and realized how wonderful Taiwan is, with its advanced approach to environmentalism. Thailand, too, is commendable for its promotion of "clothing" environmentalism, encouraging the development of unbleached and undyed clothing, as the dyeing industry is the world's second-largest polluter.
