⭓ Please read the notes and cancellation/change policies carefully before placing an order. Placing an order implies agreement with the experience rules.
⭓ After the artwork is completed, the instructor will assist in processing to make it more sturdy. This process takes about 7 working days. Once completed, the instructor will send an email notification for pick-up. If you have special requests, feel free to communicate with the instructor beforehand! International travelers can contact us in advance for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity starts. We recommend arriving on time for a unified explanation by the instructor.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, photos and videos taken during the experience will only be used for promotional purposes by this unit and related activities. If you disagree, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Weather impact: In case of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience content. Once the event ticket is sold, no refunds will be provided. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can transfer the ticket to another participant or change to another time slot within one month. Changes made within 48 hours before the experience will incur a processing fee of NT$500. If the experience exceeds half an hour, it will be considered as forfeiting the right to attend the class.
