⭓ Please read the notes and the cancellation and modification policy below carefully before ordering. Placing an order signifies your agreement to the terms of the experience.
⭓ Once your artwork is complete, the instructor will assist with finishing touches to ensure its durability. This process requires approximately 7 working days. You will receive an email notification for pick-up upon completion. Please communicate with the instructor in advance if you have any special requests! International travelers are welcome to email us beforehand for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Punctuality is recommended as the instructor will provide a unified explanation.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, any photos or videos taken during the experience will be used solely for promotional purposes by our organization and related activities. If you do not consent to this, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Weather Impact: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant or reschedule for a time slot within one month. A processing fee of NT$500 will apply for changes made within 48 hours prior to the experience. Arriving more than half an hour late will be considered forfeiture of the class right.
