Due to variations in leather stock and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw is found on the leather or if it is damaged during production, making it unsuitable for a large panel, both parties agree to a full refund. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins – these are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently.
