Due to variations in leather inventory and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw or damage occurs during production that prevents the creation of a large piece, both parties agree that a full refund will be issued. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike synthetic PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique marks and patterns from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these unless they are major blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While not as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages with use, it develops personal scratches and patina, deepening in color and gaining a sheen. This gradual transformation creates a unique, one-of-a-kind look that is characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece beautifully distinctive. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches and storage times. Even on the same hide, the grain and dye absorption can differ across various parts. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is a [made-to-order custom item]. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and a "blank embossed area." As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period.
