❤ To maintain class quality, accompanying guests or observers are not permitted.
❤ If a piece is damaged due to human error by the studio, the instructor will create a similar piece as compensation. The studio is not responsible for damage caused by non-human factors.
❤ Finished pieces require high-temperature firing and will be shipped within 14-30 days.
An expedited fee of +$300 NTD applies for faster processing (5-7 days).
❤ For parent-child workshops or group classes of 6 or more, please inquire separately.
❤ Cancellations must be made by noon the day before the class.
No-shows or late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
❤ Scissors will be used during the workshop.
