▶ Ticketing & Reservation Policy
1. After placing your order, an "E-Ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once your engraving content is finalized.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
