Workshop Description
Notes
✧ This studio operates by appointment only. Please book at least one day in advance to confirm your slot.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of your activity. No-shows without prior notice will be considered forfeiture without refund or notification; late arrivals will have their activity conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
✧ For custom images/portraits/pet paintings, please provide reference photos or images at least 3 days in advance for preparation.
✧ Please leave on time at the end of your painting session to ensure the rights of other painters. PILER reserves the right to manage session times.
✧ Exceeding the allotted time will be charged at $800/hr. Additional time does not include extra canvas or materials.
✧ Unless it's a collaborative activity, shared painting is not permitted. Companions are $100/person; seating is prioritized for those painting.
✧ To maintain a pleasant painting environment, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the studio. A cleaning fee of $500 will apply for any self-brought party cakes.
✧ To ensure activity quality, please adhere to the event guidelines.
✧ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, PILER will notify and coordinate rescheduling.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**
**※ A transaction fee of $50 will be deducted for all transactions ※**
✧ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
✧ Cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before the activity are eligible for a 50% refund of the activity fee.
✧ Cancellations made 3 days (inclusive) before the activity are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling is permitted, and the activity must be completed within 1 month.
