Small quantities are welcome for custom orders! ✤ Red Envelope Production Process ✤ A - Please message the designer first 1. Inform us of the quantity and content needed for customization, and confirm the quotation. 2. Confirm the delivery time (based on the designer's schedule). B - Design begins 1. Design will commence after placing an order. 2. Exceeding the revision limit will incur an additional design fee (NT$200 per instance). C - Finalization 1. Printing will begin once the design is approved. ✤ Important Notes ✤ 1. No refunds are possible once the design process has started. 2. Xia Hua reserves the right to use images for advertising and social media posts. 3. Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. 4. Envelopes are handmade, and slight indentations may be present. Those who are perfectionists should consider this before ordering, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is significant damage. 5. Envelopes are manually assembled, and a size variation of ±0.5 cm is considered within the normal range. 6. Due to potential color differences on each computer monitor, printed products may appear slightly darker than the on-screen colors. 7. To maintain production quality, rush orders are not accepted. Two sizes are available for customization: 1. 9x18cm Standard Red Envelope 2. 14.8x10.9cm Small Red Envelope (Lottery Ticket Envelope) The slightly muted red paper paired with embossed matte gold text and graphics creates a subtly sophisticated look! *Optional: Self-adhesive OPP plastic sleeves are available for individual packaging.
