【Customization process】
1. Before placing an order, please contact the designer through Pinkoi and provide 1-2 photos you want to draw (note for providing photos: clear, well-lit, and with a clear pose).
2. The designer will tell you whether the photo you provided can be drawn. You can raise any questions at this time. Once it is confirmed that there is no problem, you can place an order directly.
3. We will start drawing after you complete the payment, and the drawing time is about 14 working days (excluding holidays).
4. The delivery time after the goods are shipped will be based on the freight working days, so HSIAO cannot accurately inform you of the arrival time of the goods or any accidents, but will closely monitor the delivery status to ensure that the goods can be delivered smoothly.
