Total modifications are limited to three times. ★ The first layout is complimentary. Minor text adjustments are also free of charge. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental reasons. ★ If products are damaged during transit, please take photos immediately as proof and send them to us. After determining responsibility, we will arrange for returns or exchanges based on the situation. Thank you very much! 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and print colors use different color gamuts, resulting in variations. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed through a light-emitting screen, making colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce some extremely bright colors, so printed results will be slightly less saturated and darker than screen colors. Therefore, a color difference between the product and the on-screen artwork is normal. Color deviations in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If precise color matching is critical, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not applicable to the 7-day appreciation period. If items are not collected, fees may be recovered in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or incur any fees or consideration. The proviso to the same paragraph stipulates that reasonable exceptions apply to distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Application Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these guidelines specifies that "customized goods and services provided according to consumer requirements" are exempt from the right to cancel contracts within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery service is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not applicable to the 7-day appreciation period.
