**Why Solas Flowers for Industrial Style Diffuser Dried Flowers?**
Dried flowers have always been a favorite for many, as they offer an elegant visual appeal and can enhance any space. However, essential oils cannot be applied directly to dried flowers, as moisture can lead to mold. Therefore, for this workshop, we've chosen solas flowers as the main element. Solas are flowers made from wood slices and are excellent for diffusing essential oils.

**The Creation Process**
The instructor will begin by sharing tips on flower pairing and binding techniques, making it easy for beginners to get started. They will also offer guidance on floral arrangement methods as needed.

**Handcraft Experience and Finished Product**
The finished product will include a preserved flower pot with solas as the main flower, a 5ML bottle of essential oil, and a hexagonal or octagonal industrial-style stone mat. You can apply the essential oil to the solas flower or the stone mat for a diffusing effect. Come and join the workshop!

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the scheduled time for check-in; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders with incomplete payment are considered invalid registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be recognized as confirmed registrations.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・Refunds are processed in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests made between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests made between seven and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to specify a new session will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and seating arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account holder name and account number). All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Those without tickets may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event's scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid lateness.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or provide a refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels and other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
