**Tea** is a readily available beverage in the daily lives of East Asians, but do you know the different types you are drinking?
With a dazzling array of options on the market, it's often difficult to discern the meaning behind the names, making it hard to choose when buying tea, and you might fear purchasing a flavor you won't enjoy.
We invite you, who **wish to understand tea**, and your friends who enjoy **pursuing exquisite flavors**, to explore the world of tea aromas together. Infuse your busy life with a touch of elegant, slow living.
**Course Content:**
**1. Analysis of Common Tea Categories: White Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Black Tea, Pu-erh Tea**
1) Production processes for each tea category
2) Aroma transformations resulting from different fermentation stages
**2. Flavor Tasting of Major Tea Categories**
1) Guided exploration of the key tasting notes for each tea
**3. Taiwanese Oolong Tea Varieties, Producing Regions, and Craftsmanship**
1) Understanding common varieties like Qing Xin Oolong and Jin Xuan
**4. A Taste of the Flavor Differences in Indian Darjeeling Black Tea**

1. Please refrain from wearing perfume, scented lotions, or hand creams to avoid affecting your olfactory sensitivity during the class.
2. No-shows will not be eligible for make-up classes, refunds, or course materials.
3. Recording audio or video during the class is prohibited.
Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend after payment, please notify us via private message or phone in advance.
A 50% refund of the tuition fee will be provided for cancellations made 5-3 days before the class starts. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the class, as materials and preparations are already underway. We apologize for any inconvenience. (You may inquire in advance about attending a future session instead.)
