- Materials are provided for individual use; two or more people cannot create together.
- No-shows on the workshop date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, please notify us 2 days in advance for rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued.
- Cancellations made 4 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- If you wish to transfer your spot, please provide the recipient's name and email address.
- In the event of a class suspension announced by the Kaohsiung City Government, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling.
