▶ Ticket Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Store provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
