1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
