Free Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase. 2. Damage incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, and determined to be a quality issue, will be eligible for replacement or free repair by ARTIMISI. For issues not related to quality, a service fee will be charged. Consumers are responsible for sharing repair costs for their jewelry; this includes, but is not limited to, the cost of replacing lost components, damaged parts under specific conditions, or any other potential repair needs. a. Gem-quality Zircons smaller than 0.02 carats will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. A material fee will apply for gem-quality Zircons weighing 0.02 carats or more. b. If a pearl becomes detached but the pin is intact, and the original pearl can be retained, repair is free of charge. c. For broken pins (pin stuck within the pearl) or lost pearls, a fee for the pearl material and labor will be charged. 3. For repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date due to natural wear and tear, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the assessment.
