・Date: (Workshop duration 2-2.5 hours)
・November 1, 2025 (Sat) 15:30-18:00
・January 25, 2026 (Sun) 15:30-18:00
・Capacity: 1-8 people per session (Minimum participants to start: 1 person)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, 1 x 18.5x10x1.5cm thick epoxy resin multi-purpose tray, 2 x 10cm diameter coasters, shipping fee, and complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Workshop Notes: Due to the curing time required for epoxy resin, pieces cannot be taken home on the same day. They will be mailed to you within 7 days after the workshop.
・Location: 1st Floor, No. 121, Section 2, Hankou Street, Wanhua District, 108 Taipei City
・Transportation: Take the MRT Green Line or Blue Line to Ximen Station, Exit 6. Turn left onto Zhonghua Road and walk for 5 minutes. Turn left onto Hankou Street Section 2 and walk for 7 minutes. (Located next to the historic Ci Yun Temple)

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has started before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling period, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to the pre-arranged materials and venue setup. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation, which can be inquired about by calling the store in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your image may be used in future event records or promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
