・Date: (Workshop duration: 2-2.5 hours)
・November 21, 2026 (Saturday) 15:30-18:00
・Capacity: 1-8 people per session (Minimum participants to start: 1 person)
・Includes: Crafting experience, on-site tools and materials, 1 finished epoxy resin multipurpose tray (18.5x10x1.5cm), 2 coasters (diameter 10cm), shipping fee, and complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Course Notes: Due to the drying time required for epoxy resin, pieces cannot be taken home on the day of the workshop. They will be mailed to you within 7 days after the class concludes.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・After placing your order and completing checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled session time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders with completed checkout are considered registered. If a session is full, registration will immediately close, and incomplete checkouts will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Our policy is as follows:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. For same-day cancellations or rescheduling, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have been completed. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
. To protect the rights of other participants, lateness exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the activity venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The event may be photographed and filmed by the organizer for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other recruitment and promotional channels in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
