Newfoundland Keychain

Ta-da! It's here! Ever since I made a plush toy several years ago, I've wanted to create a smaller version to use as a keychain. After much anticipation, this wish has finally come true. Previously, I focused on creating realistic monkeys. I wanted something more manageable and portable, and after much thought, I decided to embrace a more stylized design. They all share the same body shape. As these are plush toys, they are all made using the same mold and water felting technique. I felt that the face was the perfect place to inject the unique "nekineki" charm, so I carefully crafted it with needle felting, ensuring I didn't cut corners. This time, I've challenged myself with a large dog breed. The limbs are slender and do not contain cotton filling. The body is stuffed with cotton. Since the face and rear are needle-felted, please be mindful that they may become fuzzy if rubbed or exposed to moisture. If fuzziness occurs, do not pull it with your fingers; instead, trim it with scissors. Similarly, trim any pilling with scissors. * Not washable. * For this release, the hardware has been upgraded to a 5cm carabiner, allowing it to attach to thicker handles.
