Packaging is for protection; minor dents or creases during logistics delivery are unavoidable and are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the area of the skin and season (unlike artificial leather, which can be manufactured with uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual products are final. Handmade items may have international standard allowable errors, and manual measurements may have normal variations of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed.
