1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from our system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations initiated due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
