【Important Notes for the Course】 ・To promote environmental protection, the event will not provide disposable bags. Please bring your own eco-bag to take your finished artwork home. ・Photos may be taken during the experience for event documentation and future promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will ensure your request is accommodated. Thank you. ・Video or audio recording during the class is prohibited. ・The venue is a pet-friendly café, so you may encounter dogs or cats. As it is an open space with other patrons, please only register if you are comfortable with this environment. 【Cancellation Policy】 The regulations are as follows: ・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs ten days prior to the event to prepare materials, refunds or exchanges are not possible within ten days before the event. ・If you wish to reschedule, please request a refund and purchase a new ticket. Refunds or exchanges are not possible within ten days before the event. 【COVID-19 Prevention Measures】 ・If you are unable to attend due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, you may apply for a full refund by submitting a request at least five working days prior to the event (excluding the event day). ・Body temperature will be measured before entering the building. Entry is permitted only if your temperature does not exceed 37 degrees Celsius and after using hand sanitizer. ・A questionnaire will be completed at the registration desk to monitor health conditions and travel history, ensuring all attendees have no outbound travel records or symptoms of illness within the past 14 days. ・Flight crew members on long-haul flights or those entering other countries must complete a 7-day home quarantine upon return. After a negative test result, they must adhere to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's management regulations for enhanced self-health management from the 8th to the 14th day. ・Flight crew members on short-haul flights without international entry, if asymptomatic, are not required to quarantine and will follow the Ministry of Health and Welfare's management regulations. ・Instructors and participants are required to wear masks throughout the event; entry will be denied without a mask. ・Air conditioning will be utilized to enhance ventilation, and windows will be opened to ensure air circulation in the classroom. ・Seating arrangements will place participants who come together at the same table to reduce opportunities for random gatherings. Seating will be spaced as far apart as possible. ・Alcohol/sodium hypochlorite solution will be used to disinfect frequently touched areas such as doorknobs and tables before and after the event.
