**coffee roasting ideas**
Do not blindly pursue roasting degree, and take the original flavor of green coffee beans as the primary goal.
We will first test the overall presentation of the green beans using the standard roasting method that we are used to in the store. After cupping, we will determine the direction of flavor to be expressed according to the characteristics of the green beans. After re-examining the roasting curve, we will adjust and correct to find the most suitable green beans. The roasting position optimizes flavour presentation, emphasizing defined flavours, bright acidity and rich sweetness as well as overall balance.
