Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are typically made from "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in many market products, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus avoiding allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergic reactions after wearing them, the causes are likely: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sterilize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and it's definitely not solely due to the ear post material. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital for a comprehensive understanding of the cause, which also protects both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic technology is not yet advanced enough to create such intricate designs. All our pieces are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting, providing basic water resistance for daily wear (this means you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping, as we may be at market events) As we participate in market events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
