The studio will create the stitching according to the sample piece's color scheme. If you have special requests, please contact the designer directly for assistance with color options. . The studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish the threads, resulting in small, rounded marks from the flame. This is not a defect. 6. Packaging . In support of environmental protection, the studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 7. Return and Refund Policy . For customers who have not chosen customization, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. . For customers who have chosen custom lettering, as this is a personalized item, returns are not accepted. . If color preferences are not specified in advance, returns based on "disliking the color scheme" will not be accepted after delivery. . Refund requests made "before shipping" will receive a full refund. . Refund requests made "after shipping" for "domestic orders" will incur a 60 NTD shipping fee. Therefore, the refund amount will be the total order amount minus 60 NTD. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 8. Care Instructions . If the item gets wet, please place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry naturally. (Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not seal it in a confined space, and do not store it in humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms.) . Apply leather care oil for maintenance once every six months. 9. Important Notes . Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, there may be slight variations in the actual stitching and cutting dimensions. This is not a defect. . The studio treats the edges of the pieces with a transparent edge-finishing liquid to maintain the original leather color, preventing discoloration over time. . Leather naturally has variations in texture, creases, spots, scars, and markings. The studio incorporates these natural characteristics into the design, making each piece unique. Therefore, receiving a product with these features is not considered a defect. If you wish to avoid these characteristics, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. We appreciate your understanding. . The reverse side of genuine leather may produce a small amount of fine leather dust due to friction. This is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. . Water stains on leather after contact with water are normal. Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. . The color of the leather will deepen over time with personal use. . Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to device, screen resolution, lighting, and other factors. 10.
