The workshop includes engraving for certain styles, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (engraving is not available for specific styles).
How to measure ring size if giving as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the intended finger until it fits comfortably. Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters. Refer to the size chart for conversion.
● Inform the studio staff of the approximate height and weight. The ring size can be adjusted at the studio after completion.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs to prevent tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Accessories]
★ To restore oxidized or darkened sterling silver, lightly brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush and a small amount of toothpaste and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth or a hairdryer.
Use a silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine, making your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance of jewelry and can be used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaner
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver cleaner for 3-5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the cleaner and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a clean cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use a silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine, making your silver jewelry look like new.
**Important:** Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver cleaner, as it will remove the black patina and revert it to its original silver color.

**Workshops can be booked for individuals and are by appointment only.**
● To protect everyone's rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests for confirmed workshop bookings must be made at least three days prior to the session. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee may be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the studio. Exchanges for styles of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples. This helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, with the duration varying depending on the complexity of the chosen style. You can take your finished piece home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety instructions for equipment operation as provided by the artisan.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after repeated reminders will result in the participant being solely responsible for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government announcements for safety reasons, and a new date will be arranged.
