Measurement methods vary across design shops, and factors like the number of embellishments, clasp types, or the presence of extension chains all influence sizing. Kindly measure your wrist using the following method and provide us with the circumference in centimeters, along with your preferred allowance for looseness.* __*If the item is a gift and you are unable to determine the size, or if you require a size not listed in the options, please contact the designer before placing your order.*__ __**How to Measure Your Wrist Circumference: **__ 1. This design shop measures in centimeters by encircling. You can use a measuring tape. If you don't have one, a strip of paper about 1.5cm wide can be used as a substitute. Once you've encircled your wrist, measure the length of the paper strip with a ruler. 2. Do not use thread or string for measurement, as their finer, softer material can result in a measurement smaller than your actual wrist size. 3. When measuring, start from the 0 cm mark. Measure lightly and flatly; do not pull the tape measure or paper strip too tight or too loose. 4. Place the measuring tool flat against the back of your wrist bone (the prominent part) as a reference point to determine your wrist circumference. 5. Add your preferred allowance for looseness, typically around 1 to 2 cm! Using this method: Allowing 1 cm: A snug fit, but may be difficult to clasp yourself! Allowing 1.5 cm: A comfortable fit, with about the width of a pinky finger inside the bracelet! Allowing 2 cm: A looser fit, the bracelet will move with your hand! *We recommend allowing at least 1.5 cm for ease of self-clasping.* 6. You can gently slide the measuring tape or tool back and forth to check for looseness or tightness. The measurement should be such that when your hand is naturally hanging down, the tape measure does not slip off your wrist. 7. We will create the item based on the measurements you provide. The total length of the finished product is calculated from the opening of the clasp to the end of the toggle bar. __**EX: If your measured wrist circumference is 14 cm + you want a 1.5 cm allowance = 15.5 cm, then select the custom size: Total length from clasp opening to the end of the toggle bar: 15.5 cm. (And so on.)** __ **‧ Important Notes Before Customizing ‧** 1. All items are custom-made to order based on the measurements provided by the buyer. Please read the size measurement instructions carefully before ordering and double-check that your selected size is correct. There are no exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes due to the custom nature of the product. 2. The plating may oxidize due to factors such as the acidity and salt content of sweat, body oils, humid environments, and chemical substances (e.g., hand cream, cosmetics, skincare products, sunscreen, perfume, cleaning agents). Avoid wearing the jewelry while bathing, exercising, or visiting hot springs, and minimize contact with the aforementioned chemical substances to prevent excessive wear and irreversible damage. The extent of oxidation depends on your wearing habits. Proper care can prolong the bright gold finish. If you do not habitually remove jewelry for bathing, do not regularly clean and maintain your accessories, or frequently come into contact with chemical products, the oxidation process will accelerate. The speed of oxidation varies from person to person. It is important to address oxidation before it becomes severe. *Color fading and oxidation from prolonged wear of electroplated alloy materials cannot be restored. It is recommended to minimize contact with water and chemical substances. *We suggest having multiple pieces of jewelry to rotate with different outfits. This not only enhances your style but also extends the lifespan of your accessories. Avoid treating them like amulets that are never removed, even during bathing, and are not cleaned regularly.
