Please Note Before Purchasing ./** ▪ Dried flowers and preserved flowers are natural materials and are inherently delicate. Our designers will do their utmost to package your floral gift carefully before shipping. However, slight shedding due to collisions during transit is unavoidable. If you are a perfectionist, we welcome you to place an order if you can accept this. ▪ All floral gifts in our shop are handmade. To maintain quality, please inquire first if you have an urgent order, to avoid delaying your important occasion. ▪ Some of the Sola flowers and bark materials used in our arrangements may lead customers to question if cracks or chips are defects. These are not defects; our bark-based floral materials are handcrafted and retain the natural appearance and textures of the bark. Please place an order only if you find this acceptable. ▪ All photos are of actual products. However, as each flower is a unique natural material, variations may occur due to flower condition, climate, season, and cultivation. The product may not be 100% identical to the image. ▪ As flower materials are seasonal, if any are out of stock, we will select and arrange the most suitable replacements while maintaining the overall color scheme and appearance. ▪ Each photo is taken of the actual product. However, due to photo editing and screen variations on mobile phones and computers, some color differences may occur. We welcome you to place an order if you can accept this. **/. Product Description & Care ./** ▪ Flowers must be kept dry. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. They are best placed in air-conditioned rooms or environments with humidity below 60%. ▪ If dust accumulates, gently brush it off with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a low-temperature, low-speed setting to remove dust. ▪ Natural fading and weathering over time are normal phenomena. ▪ Preserved flowers are fresh flowers treated with special technology to retain their vibrant colors, and can last for 2-3 years depending on how they are cared for. ▪ Dried flowers are fresh flowers naturally air-dried. They can be displayed for about six months to a year. To prevent mold, it is recommended to use a dehumidifier to maintain a dry environment. If mold appears due to moisture, it can be wiped with alcohol. **/. After Purchase ./** __▪ If you have any issues with your received product, please do not rush to leave a negative review.
