Message the artist to confirm date, time, location, and number of guests. 2. Discuss any special requests beforehand (e.g., desire to include a LOGO/specific symbol in the bottom right corner) 3. Confirm if you wish to add the commemorative wooden stand set. 4. **Pay a 30% deposit in advance** (__Pay the remaining balance + Transportation Fee the day before the event__) 5. The event will be completed on the scheduled day. **Event Flow** 1. Guests visit the booth for the artist to take a photo or send a photo to the artist. 2. We recommend 2 people per portrait for the best result, up to a maximum of 4 people (__bust portrait__). 3. Guests receive a number ticket. 4. Collect your artwork when leaving. --------------------- **Details to Note** *Each event has a minimum booking of 2 hours, with each additional hour costing +NTD 2,500. *Approximately 5-8 portraits can be completed per hour. *Recommended for 2 people per portrait (maximum 4): **The more people, the longer it will take.** *Transportation Fee starts at NTD 300, calculated from New Taipei City. *An assistant will join the artist for large gatherings (no extra charge). **Important Information** *To ensure a fair experience for all guests, each person can only participate once and cannot appear in multiple portraits simultaneously. (Special requests can be discussed, or repeat drawings can be made after all guests have had their turn) *In case of unforeseen circumstances: Cancellations made __7 days prior__ to the event will forfeit the deposit but allow for one reschedule (within 3 months). *If the number of people in line exceeds capacity, the artist will stop issuing number tickets early.
