● Course Introduction
In its new season, Chuan Chuan Handmade introduces a course combining "Mindful Meditation" and "Handmade Ornaments." Through this mindful crafting experience, find inner peace in serene moments and break free from being governed by emotions.
During the class, guided meditation will help you achieve a state of deep self-relaxation, thereby relieving internal stress.
Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and mindset in the present moment, and learn to regulate your state.
The crafting portion of the class similarly focuses on the overall structural design of the ornament. The "Single Strand" design is a hanging style, with each strand uniquely designed. Each class session results in one hanging ornament. Additional strands can be purchased during the class.
The Single Strand ornament is an introductory piece. Creating multiple single strands allows them to be linked together, forming a distinct aesthetic.
