Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or marks from logistics are unavoidable. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may vary in texture, pattern, and color depending on the part of the skin and the season (unlike artificial leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; colors are subject to the actual product. There may be international standard permissible errors in handmade measurements, with a normal variation of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) must not be imitated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted or free shipping items purchased with a minimum spend/quantity offer cannot be returned partially. If partial returns are necessary, the entire order must be returned and reordered. 3.
