1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Registration is complete only after a store representative from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides official invoice receipts. If you require an invoice with a company's uniform invoice number, please provide the company name and number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
