The founder couple, who graduated from the Food Science Department of Pingtung University of Science and Technology, were diagnosed with Kawasaki disease when their son was eight months old. This disease is common in 5-year-old Oriental children and is an acquired disease caused by cardiovascular disease. Heart disease can only be controlled with long-term medication. The two people, who have food professional backgrounds, are determined to regain their son's health. Through studying food science and improving disease expertise in college, I discovered that "vinegar" has functions such as regulating acid-base balance, enhancing immunity, and improving metabolism. So I started looking for organic crops in Taiwan, buying strains, screening strains, and letting them stand. From brewing to developing a fermentation tank, I hope that through organic fermented vinegar, the child's condition can be effectively improved. After two years of countless failed experiments, I finally succeeded in brewing a smooth and healthy vinegar drink.
