Longkeng Ecological Reserve is located about 1.5 kilometers east of Eluanbi. It is the southernmost treasure area on the east coast.
Adjacent to Eluanbi Park, the terrain is entirely shaped by coral reefs and is affected by wave erosion from the Pacific Ocean and Bashi Channel.
Forming magnificent cliffs, charming fringing reefs and canyons, it has excellent topographic landscapes
Not only is this land unique in terrain, it is also home to 215 species of coral reef coastal plants.
Birds and reptiles also live here, adding vitality to the land, and it has also been listed as an ecological reserve.
There is also a must-visit attraction next to Longkeng Ecological Reserve - the Coral Reef Platform.
It takes about an hour to walk back and forth from the control post, passing through the windbreak forest and hearing the unique chirping of Taiwanese birds.
Walking out of the windbreak, you will see a coral reef platform with rich vegetation, among which the white water tree is the largest.
In order to protect this coral reef platform, there is a wooden boardwalk where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sea-eroded coral reef and the sea up close.
If you want to enter this protected area, you must first apply to the Kenting National Park Management Office
The daily limit is 200 people, and children under 7 years old are not allowed to enter.
You need to listen to the briefing and precautions first, and exchange your ID card for a pass to wear on your chest for easy verification by management staff.
In order to protect the environment, we are regularly closed for 1 to 2 months every year for conservation and maintenance work.
The acceptance of applications for entry will be suspended every Tuesday to carry out facility maintenance and reduce the impact on the ecological environment.

1. Once the application is successful, rescheduling/personnel changes and refunds are not possible.
2. The park is closed every Tuesday. Every year, New Year's Eve and May are the closing periods for each environmental education field (route). Applications and admissions will not be accepted during the closure period.
3. Activity arrangements will be adjusted due to participant conditions/facility conditions/weather factors, with safety and overall quality as the highest consideration.
4. In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoon, heavy rain, water conditions, etc., and the company assesses that the day is not suitable for activities, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation.
5. If there are changes due to factors such as weather or event venue, we will notify you by phone or message as soon as possible to let you fully understand the situation. Please ensure that the contact information is correct. If you fill in the wrong information and the subsequent contact cannot be reached, your rights and interests may be damaged (for example, you will not be able to participate in the event), and refunds will not be possible.
6. Until the end of the activity, you should agree to abide by the following regulations: (1) Do not overtake the coach (2) Follow the coach's instructions throughout the process (3) Do not leave the team (4) Leave no trace in the forest (5) Pay attention to your own safety. Please be responsible for any accidental casualties caused by personal negligence, or if you conceal your personal discomfort and fail to proactively inform the company or the on-site commentator.
7. If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading this clause before making payment, and understand and bear the relevant risks.
8. Late arrival/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting.
9. Please carefully read the relevant itinerary content of the activities you are participating in and the provisions of this article. Completing the registration and payment is deemed to have fully understood and agreed to this article and the details of the itinerary of the activities you are participating in.
10. When entering the ecological reserve, it is prohibited to damage the facilities and original natural landscapes in the area, and it is prohibited to bring animals (cats, dogs) and plants into the area to avoid affecting the natural ecology.
11. Every leaf and stone in the nature reserve, even if it seems inconspicuous, is regarded as a valuable asset protected by the state and cannot be taken away for collection at will!
Thoughtful reminder
1. Please bring your personal ID with photo and application documents for admission.
2. It is recommended to bring your own: enough water, snacks, rain gear, mosquito repellent, sun protection/warm clothing
3. Recommended clothing: Please wear comfortable shoes. Those who are afraid of the sun should wear thin long sleeves, leggings, and a hat.
4. There is no storage facility on site, please do not bring valuables.
5. There are no toilet facilities on site, so please use the toilet before departure.
