. This price is a reservation deposit to secure your experience slot and seat. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of the experience after design selection.
. Workshops are by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order remarks. Customer service will contact you to confirm your booking.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email; no physical tickets will be sent. Please present the booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your visit.
. Materials provided for the handmade experience are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance, and any price difference will be settled accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
Upon completion of the basic crafting during the workshop,
any additional customization will be handled by professional metalworkers. Your finished piece will not be available for immediate pickup on the same day.
The production time is approximately 20-30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We will notify you once your piece is ready for pickup or shipping.
