👉09:30 - 10:00 Check-in & Introduction to the Folk Song's Origins
Meeting Point: Dadaocheng Garden Hotel, No. 334, Section 1, Dihua Street, Taipei City
Guests will be welcomed by the host, who will provide a check-in and an introduction to the origins of the folk song.
👉10:00 - 10:40 Lin Hwa Tai Tea Shop
A guided tour of this 60-year-old tea shop.
The guide will explain the history of the tea shop, the tea-making process, and interesting facts about tea cultivation, offering a glimpse into the tea industry.
👉10:40 - 11:10 Li Lin-chiu Memorial Park
A guided tour explaining the story behind the statue of the renowned lyricist Li Lin-chiu. Enjoy listening to the famous song "Wishing Spring Breeze" under the green canopy.
👉11:10 - 12:00 Eco-Green Cafe
This is a midway rest stop for the tour. A musician will perform folk songs for interactive enjoyment. The cafe owner will demonstrate the carbon footprint of fair-trade coffee beans, offering insights into global SDGs trends.
👉12:00 - 13:30 Lunch at Xiaoshi Ri Cafe or Ni Feng Lou Cafe
👉13:30 - 14:30 Former Residence of Li Lin-chiu
After lunch, visit this century-old historic site. Volunteers will guide guests through the stories of this area, rich in folk songs and tea culture. Explore the former residence of the renowned lyricist and take memorable photos at the site of the century-old tea factory.
👉14:30 - 15:00 Xingfu Sweet Tea & Rice Dew
At the end of the tour, visit this small tea shop across the street. Enjoy a "tea rice dew" beverage, developed with tea, experiencing the local story of healthy, modern tea drinks. A reading of "Folk Song Alley" will also be included.
