It is a colorful porcelain produced in Kanazawa, Komatsu, Kaga and Nomi in southern Ishikawa Prefecture. The gorgeous painting is the biggest feature of Kutani ware. Five colors of red, green, purple, yellow, and blue are the main glaze colors. Red, green, and yellow are used less frequently. The painting composition styles can be divided into the following types, namely, dyed painting, blue hands (painted hands), colored painting (colored hands), and red painting (golden hands).
