**Brand Story:**
BSK (a company founded by Benjamin Steinberg, a jewelry maker) began operations in New York City around 1946 and continued until the early 1970s. BSK jewelry often featured colorful enamel, aurora borealis rhinestones, and faux pearls. Due to their accessible price point, BSK's costume jewelry was very popular in post-war America. Today, BSK pieces are considered collectible. The company ceased operations in the early 1970s.
