Handmade Chiuchow Glutinous Rice Dumplings (Deluxe)

Encompassing food from the Chaoshan region of eastern Guangdong, Chiuchow cuisine combines a plethora of influences and Cantonese-inspired techniques that bring shine to natural flavours and freshness. Due to popularity of our rice dumplings, this year we are introducing a "Deluxe" version, not only it's bigger with extra added ingredients of salted egg, lotus Seed, prawn. Immediately after opening the dumpling, you can see the plump pork belly, as well as chestnuts and mushrooms. In particular, the red bean paste at the tip of the triangle, which brings a combination of savoury and sweet taste.
