Returns and Exchanges * If you wish to exchange an item, please contact the designer via internal message within 7 days of receiving the product (starting from the day after receipt). * If an exchange is needed due to incorrect sizing after shipment, please ensure the product and shoe box are kept in their original, complete packaging and send them back. Once received and inspected, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped as soon as possible. * Before proceeding with an exchange, please inquire with the designer via internal message about product availability and any potential waiting times. * For exchanges, each party will cover the shipping cost for one way.
