1. Upon ordering, a "Digital Ticket Notification" will be sent via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once your engraving details are finalized.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store representative from your chosen experience location contacts you to verify your preferred date and seating availability.
4. Due to the preparation of materials, please book your session at least 3 days in advance after placing your order.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company's unified tax number, please provide your company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons beyond ART64's responsibility.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
