From the 1950s, attributed to Hubert Bequet Quaregnon ceramic pitcher/vase with a beautifull black background decorated with a bright colorful raised enamel pattern of a colorful flowers. 

All hand crafted and hand painted.

 All accents in 24k gold including the scroll handle and neck “cut outs”. 

Marking on the bottom.
