To protect the rights of all parties, if a course cancellation is requested due to personal reasons after payment, please notify us at least 10 days prior to the event. A 10% service fee of the course cost will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the event. No refunds will be provided within 10 days of the event. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, Tristar Jewelry Making will proactively contact you to arrange a refund or reschedule.
