KOOK LIVING provides a safe and clean cooking space. We implement the following epidemic prevention measures:
1. The space is thoroughly disinfected daily, and hand sanitizer is provided for cleaning.
2. Bookings are for private use, ensuring a personal and exclusive space.
**Cancellation Policy**
Counting from the day before the event: Cancellations made seven days in advance will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within seven days will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
. For rescheduling, please contact our LINE customer service "@kookliving" at least three days before the event date.
. Due to the need for early ingredient preparation, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds within three days prior to the event date. We appreciate your understanding.
. In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, KOOK Living will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund.
