1. As materials need to be prepared in advance, please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior. Notifications made after this time cannot be accommodated.
2. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
3. You are welcome to bring beverages or food, but please avoid items with strong odors to enhance the overall experience.
4. The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes on social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
5. For space and quality considerations, accompanying persons who have not registered are not permitted.
6. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend this event.
